Tivoli Pace

Our team executed a comprehensive exterior and roofing renovation at the Tivoli Pace facility, delivering high-quality craftsmanship across multiple trades.

  • Sheet Metal Crossover: We removed the existing sheet metal crossover, framed out all windows, installed insulation, and applied new decking with ice and water protection before installing the final sheet metal system.

  • Exterior Pressure Washing: We pressure washed the entire 93,000 SF of exterior brick, restoring the building’s façade to a clean and well-maintained condition.

  • Roofing System: We installed 25,000 SF of new PVC roofing, ensuring long-term durability and weather resistance.

  • Additional Work: Our team also completed various smaller projects throughout the facility, contributing to the overall restoration and functionality of the property.
